Privacy

ParseKit stores the account you create (email, optional name, hashed password, plan) and the receipt batches you run (source text, extracted CSV, usage counts). We use that to deliver the product, enforce Free vs Pro caps, and send transactional mail (reset password, waitlist, optional welcome) when SMTP is configured.

Uploaded files are processed on the server. If an OpenAI-compatible key is set in Settings, document text or receipt photos may be sent to that model provider to extract rows. If no key is set, a local mock extractor runs and nothing is sent to a model API.

Paid checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). They process payment details under their own privacy policy. We receive subscription events (email, customer id, status) on https://app.ortyo.com/api/webhooks/lemonsqueezy so we can set your plan to Pro or Free.

Session cookies keep you signed in. Public pages also load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-R1NDKNXM4T) with Google's default cookies so we can see aggregate traffic. We do not add other analytics cookies, and the tag is not included on /admin. We do not sell your receipts or use them to train a public model. You can email us to delete an account; we will remove user rows and related jobs from the ParseKit database.
